TERMS & CONDITIONS

A credit card will be requested as a deposit and confirmation of the room booking. The Great Western Hotel may request full room pre-payment. In the event of a cancellation or amendments, room payments are refundable provided The Great Western Hotel receives sufficient cancellation notification (refer to Cancellation Policy).

Please note that ALL bookings require a VALID CREDIT CARD upon check-in to complete the check- in process.

Please note that ALL bookings require a VALID PHOTO IDENTIFICATION (Drivers Licence, Passport or other Government Issued Card) to match the guest name on the registration form.

On arrival to check-in a registration form will need to be completed by the guest with VALID CREDIT CARD and VALID PHOTO IDENTIFICATION (Drivers Licence, Passport or other Government Issued Card) to match the name on registration form.

At the discretion of management, if the registered guest does not have a credit card, we will require full payment at time of check-in, valid photo ID and a cash bond of $400 on arrival.

The Great Western Hotel has a strict NO PARTY POLICY. The number of guests gathered in the rooms after 9pm must NOT exceed the sleeping capacity of the room. Any persons exceeding this number will be considered a trespasser & the Police will be contacted.

Noise must be kept to a minimum level at all times. If any noise complaints are received from the neighbouring rooms/ residents you will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Your accommodation tariff will not be refunded. Your security deposit may not be refunded.

The registered guest will be held financially responsible for any loss or damage to property caused during his/her stay. For a key that is either lost or not returned will be charged to the guest at $30 per key. Any additional cleaning costs will be charged to registered guest for the room.

Payment of one nights tariff is required at time of check in, as a minimum. Credit Cards provided may be debited to pay accounts accordingly to satisfy Payment Policy. All payments must be made in advance if the guest is staying for longer than 7 nights.

For confirmed bookings, a standard cancellation notice of 48 hours prior to the 2pm check in is required in order to avoid a NO SHOW charge of one nights room tariff, which will be charged to credit card details provided at the time of booking. Failure to arrive for a multiple night stay we will charge a nights tariff and cancel the entire reservation period.
